1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ccvv66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://ccvv66.net and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, bingo, and all payment-related functionality.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority.

Where ccvv66 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all funds held pending investigation, and the matter referred to the appropriate internal compliance team. Any winnings accumulated during a period of underage access will be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct is confirmed or reasonably suspected, ccvv66 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and will not be required to provide advance notice to the affected account holder before doing so.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ccvv66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Confirmed or reasonably suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering or use of the platform for any criminal purpose
• Player self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools or via support
• Extended account inactivity (as defined in our inactivity policy, communicated to the player prior to any fee being applied)

Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services. ccvv66 will not be liable for any loss — including loss of anticipated winnings — arising from platform downtime.

ccvv66 limits its liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall ccvv66 be liable to any player for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if ccvv66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with ccvv66 support shall be referred to binding arbitration. ccvv66's decision in respect of all matters relating to platform operation, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
